Hong Kong Junren International Trade Co., Ltd. is a trading company whose main business is the re-export of stainless steel raw materials. It was established in August 2017 and registered in Hong Kong Kowloon Airland Center. The annual trade volume is currently at RMB 2 billion. The company integrates foreign high-quality mineral resources and financial advantages, and vigorously develops the trade of raw materials such as ferrochrome, nickel, and fluorite.

Junren Zambia Investment Co., Ltd. is the first entity investment industry of Junren Group in Africa. The company's main product is fluorite. Relying on the advantages of localized management and logistics supply chain, the current annual output is 10,000 tons.

Junren Singapore Joint Venture Co., Ltd.: It is a joint venture company between Junren Group and MODERN GROUP, a well-known Indonesian company, in which we hold 49%. The company is mainly the carrier of the Indonesian ferronickel smelting project, responsible for the procurement of raw materials and the sales of finished products. The annual output will reach 15w tons.

The establishment of the company mainly provides more convenient services for the later HPAL project and the procure and sales of nickel(II) sulfate factory, including  logistics optimizing and other projects.

In 2017, Junren Group officially established its Africa business department, focusing on mineral business in southem Africa. 

The company is mainly engaged in the export trade of Zimbabwean chrome iron, chromeore fines, and chrome ore blocks, and has established aood business cooperation relationshins with local large chrome iron factories and chrome ore mines, The company attempted to contract a12500KVA submerged arc furnace in 2022 to produce nickel chromium alloy using nickel ore resources in northern Zimbabwe (approximately 1.2% Ni). Initially, the monthly production of nickel chromium alloy(approximately 8.0%Ni and 14% Cr) exceeded 500 tons.

The company focuses on the exploration and development of fluorite, heavy sand, copper, and lithium mines in Mozambique. There are offices in Maputo.the capital, and project bases in Tete and Nampula. Among them, the Taite fluorite project holds over 14000 hectares of fluorite mining certificates, and the construction of campsites, factories, laboratories,and other facilities has been basically completed. The first batch of mining equipment has been mobilized. The Nampula Lithium Project has four exploration rights. The sampling work of the early surface Geological survey has been completed, and the related exploration equipment has been in the way inthe later stage.

JUNREN SOCIETE MINIERE DU CONGO S.A.R.L. was established in early 2023, with its main business being the acquisition of copper mines inspected in the early stages. At present, the preliminary negotiations for the acquisition of the two target copper mines have been concluded, and the transfer of mining certificates is being implemented. 

JUNREN INTERNATIONAL MINING TANZANIA LIMITED was established in June 2023, mainly engaged in the development of fluorite and nickel mines in Tanzania. Currently, it is conducting screening for target fluorite and nickel mines.
